We headed down Friday morning and once we got down there she met her Great Aunt Bev for a bit followed by a Davis/Shannon family dinner where she met Uncle Chris and Julie, Great Uncle Steve and cousin Caine, Great Grandpop and Grandmom Davis, and of course saw her grandparents again. Afterwords, we stopped over so she could meet cousins Natalie, Katie, and Jimmy and Great Uncle Jim and see Great Grandmom and Grandpop Wharton. Saturday she met Uncle Drew and hung out with Grandmom and Grandpop Bartosh and Aunt Stevie before heading over to a picnic where she also got to meet Great Grandpop Bartosh, Cousins John and Talia, Great Great Aunt Catherine, Great Uncle Jack and Aunt Nancy, and see Great Grandmom and Grandpop Wharton again. Sunday she came with me to the bridal shower and behaved quite well. Monday we went, along with Aunt Stevie and Uncle Drew, to go visit Great Grandpop Bartosh; once we got back we went to see the Great Grandparents Wharton and then have dinner with the Grandparents Bartosh. Tuesday she met Great Grandmom Dot and Great Great Aunt Edie and then had dinner with the Great Grandparents Wharton. We also stopped to see aunt Stevie again.
Clearly it was a very busy time! Our girl did very well with the travel considering how much of a change it was for her. By the end she was more than ready to be done and was not too pleased with being handed to people she doesn't know, but overall she was very good. Car rides are hit or miss so there was definitely some screaming but it was so great to see everyone! That said, we are certainly happy to be home getting back to our little routine. In just a short week Brandon will be starting school which is hard to believe. So we leave you with some pictures of our little lady with some of her Great Grandparents.
